Obituary: Lilburn Thomas Frazier, 67, of 150 East 300 North, Manila, Utah was dead on arrival at the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County at 7:20 p.m. Thursday, April 7, 1994.
A resident of Manila, the past four years and former resident Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Frazier had been in ill health the past several years.
He was born on June 17, 1917 in Tennessee, the son of the late Horace and Beda Clements Frazier. He attended schools in Oklahoma and married the former Rosemarie Ford in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 25, 1960.
Mr. Frazier was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Frazier was a retired tailor having worked for the Nordstrom's Department store for 10 years.
He was a member of the Baptist Church, the Elkalah Shrine, the B.P.O. Elks Lodge and secretary of the Flaming Gorge Shrine Club.
Those he touched will carry him with them always.
Survivors include his wife, Rosemarie Frazier of Manila, Utah; three sons, Michael Donald Frazier of Long Beach, Calif.; Matthew Ralph Frazier of Apple Valley, California; and Monte Thomas Frazier of Salt Lake City, Utah; one daughter, Michelle Marie Jones of Salt Lake City, Utah; two brothers, Paul Frazier of Weldon, California; and William Frazier of Boulder City, Nevada; one sister, Nita Chase of Pyason, Arizona; five grandchildren, Troy Gillian, Justin Humbert, Craig Frazier, Elaine Frazier, and Jeremy Frazier; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Following cremation a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 1994 at the Evans & Early Mortuary, 574 East 1st South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children (Intermountain unit), Fairfax Road and Virginia St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84103. T 4/10 T 4/10

Westerman Medley, age 45, died April 8, 1994, in West Valley City.
Born August 30, 1948, in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Gale A. and Phyllis L. Mandeles. Married Richard James Medley; later divorced.
Member LDS Church. Employed by Salt Lake County.
Survived by son and daughter: Richard James Medley, Jr., West Valley City; Amy Michelle Medley, Salt Lake City; two brothers: Sid (Ramona)
Westerman, West Jordan; Lanny (Sandra) Westerman, South Jordan; fiance', Stephen D. Jones, Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, 12 noon, at Kearns 11th Ward, 4660 West 5015 South. Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m., at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, and Tuesday at the church 11-12. Interment: Salt Lake City Cemetery. T 4/10 N 4/10
